The outline of the non-cooperation movement called by the anti-discrimination student movement demanding the fall of the government was announced at the central Shaheed Minar rally.

“All offices will remain closed. The shops of daily necessities will be open from 11 am to 1 am", said Asif Mahmud, coordinator of anti-discrimination student movement, at the Shaheed Minar rally.

The anti-discrimination student movement has informed about the outline of the all-out non-cooperation movement which has been announced for an indefinite period from Sunday with a one-point demand for the fall of the government.

The coordinators of the movement have urged the government to non-cooperate in all areas except emergency services in this program.

One of the coordinators of the movement, Asif Mahmud, outlined the outline of the non-cooperation movement at the central Shaheed Minar on Saturday afternoon.

In the situation that arose after the death of 150 people as a result of the conflict between 18 and 21 July between the government job quota movement, the organization leading the quota movement on Friday called for non-cooperation from the discriminatory student movement on Sunday. However, the details of this program have not been disclosed.

After this decision, it became clear that the organization is going to demand the fall of the government, amid a series of programs demanding the trial of student mob killings during the conflict and the arrest of students.

The same demand was raised in the central Shaheed Minar rally on Saturday. It is said that now there are no more 9 points, their demand is one point.

It was in this gathering that the outlines of the non-cooperation movement were outlined.

Asif Mahmood says:

>> No one shall pay any tax or duty.

>> Do not pay any kind of bill including electricity bill, gas bill, water bill.

>> All types of government and private institutions, offices, courts and mills will remain closed. None of you will go to the office, collect the salary at the end of the month.

>> Activities of educational institutions will be closed.

>> Expatriates should not send any kind of remittance to the country through banking channels.

>> All kinds of government meetings, seminars, events will be boycotted.

>> Port workers will not attend work. Do not redeem any product.

>> No factory in the country will work, garment worker brothers and sisters will not go to work.

>> Public transport will be closed, workers will not go to work.

>> Banks will be open every Sunday for urgent personal transactions.

>> Police personnel shall not go on any kind of protocol duty, riot duty and protest duty other than routine duty. Only the police station will do the routine work of the police station.

>> All offshore transactions will be closed so that no money is laundered from the country.

>> Forces other than BGB and Navy will not perform duty outside the cantonment. BGB and Navy will be in barracks and coastal areas.

>> Bureaucrats will not go to the secretariat, DC or upazila officials will not go to their respective offices.

>> Luxury stores, showrooms, shops, hotels, motels, restaurants will remain closed.

However, hospital, pharmacy, medicine and medical equipment transport, ambulance service, fire service, mass media, transportation of daily necessities, emergency internet service, emergency relief assistance and transport services of officials and employees working in this sector will continue.

Asif Mahmud said that the shop of daily necessities will be open from 11 am to 1 am.

Another coordinator of the rally, Nahid Islam, said, "We are calling on the people to join the all-out non-cooperation movement. Do not support this 'murderous government' in any way.

"If somehow the internet is stopped, somehow a curfew emergency is given, we say if necessary, Sheikh Hasina will be ousted by surrounding the Ganobhaban."

Addressing the law and order forces, he said, "Government officials including the security forces, the army will have a call, if the people reject the government, if the government stands against the people, you will not obey the orders of the government."

“We will prosecute all 'genocide' on the soil of Bengal. We declare the abolition of the government and the fascist regime. I am calling for a student citizen uprising for this.”
